Grinding

The difference between grinding on and rubbing yourself against something is purely artificial. Most of these techniques can be classified as grinding or rubbing.

 

Maxi Pad

The latest technique I heard about recently is one I have never heard of before. Place a hot and wet maxi pad in your panty and ride and grind it on a pillow or a rolled up blanket or towel or the side of the bed. I was promised that this will leave you begging for more:

 

Here is what I do:
Get a maxi pad and get it warm with water.
Put it in my panties.
Hump a bed until i c.u.m
and YEAH!!

The maxi pad thing DOES work, just make sure it is wet and warm first. Then hump on the bed and WOW.

Ohh my gosh, that worked SOOOOO FREAKING GOOD!!

I like to pour some hot water on a huge maxi pad then put it on and roll around on a soccer ball or basket ball (or even the edge of a tub) and rock back and forth. It feels REALLY great!

Riding the Pillow

A simple technique is to straddle a body pillow or any large pillow on the bed. Grind your clitoris and vulva against the pillow by moving your pelvis forward and backwards. Experiment with the type of clothes you wear. Cotton, silk, lace or no panties, shorts, pajama pants or jeans with a seam. Different materials and textures will provide different sensations so experiment until you find what works for you.

 

Other Things

Women will also grind on other things by lying on top of it on a bed or the floor. Items that are used for this can be a small pillow, bedding, towels, stuffed animals, clothes and balls (baseball, football or basketball).

You can also keep one foot on the floor and place your other foot on the bed and grind away on the side of the mattress.
