Fingering / Digital Penetration of the Vagina

Published by

Fingering is the act of manually rubbing the vagina, vulva, labia, clitoris or anus with fingers in order to stimulate it sexually. It is the female equivalent of a handjob where the penis is stimulated by hand. Fingering can be done as foreplay, mutual masturbation or self masturbation. It may be performed with one or more fingers and it can be used to make the woman orgasm or just to arouse her sexually.

The vagina are fingered to stimulate one of two spots, the G-Spot and the A-Spot. The G-Spot is on the front wall (belly side) of the vagina, about 2 inches (5 cm) up. The A-Spot is also on the front wall of the vagina, right at the top where the cervix enters the vagina. Stimulation of the A-Spot cause rapid lubrication of that vagina and pleasure.

It is important to wash any hands and fingers that are going to touch the vulva or vagina. You do not want to move impurities and infections into the vagina. This is especially true of anything that touched the anus.

Only the outer third of the vagina is sensitive to touch. The top two thirds are largely insensitive to fingering, except for the G-Spot and A-Spot.
