If there are left over blood in your uterus, sexual activity can make it come out.

If his penis bump into your cervix, it can bruise and bleed.

Not thrusting straight or thrusting hard can tear the vaginal opening. Especially in the area behind the vagina, between the vagiana and anus.

Older blood coming from deeper or from the cervix and uterus will be darker and brown. This is because blood react with air. This reaction turns it brown.
