Why am I always horny?

When you go through puberty, your hormone levels begin to fluctuate. Together with the fact that you start to notice attractive boys, and that you cannot just engage in sex when you feel horny can just increase this feeling of being desperately horny. Your body also prodce hormones during the fertile phases of your cycle that want you to want to have sex to conceive a baby.

This is an ideal time to discover yourself, and use masturbation to satisfy your needs. Masturbation is healthy and natural, and safe in any possible way.

This does not mean that there cannot be medical conditions that can cause this. If you are 32 years old and one day you just start to want to rip off the clothes of every man walking past you, you may have an hormonal imbalance or a gland that is not working correctly. It is however natural that we feel more sexual during certain dys of our menstrual cycle (most notably during ovulation and during menstruation). It is also a fact that we feel more sexual at certain phases of our life. So do not confuse normal healthy hightened sexual appetite as a medical problem. If you however start to take chances, and cannot think of anything else but your next sexual encounter for months at a time, you may want to see your doctor.
